The number of posts that you've posted.  Scroll down to the bottom and you will see all of this discussed.

One other thing about replying to posts, if you click on the Reply button on the right, you can still see all the posts by clicking on Topic Review at the bottom.  The posts will show up at the bottom with the last one showing up at the top too.  Good feature.

Does anyone know how to get rid of tulip blite? My tulips blossomed and then promptly began to turn brown and the flowers fell apart! The leaves are all brown and spotted and it is getting worse each year that is why I think it is the tulip blite! What do I do?

Does a forum update reset membership dates? I can't find anyone on here from before 2010. I thought there were people on here from a while back.

Yes it did!

But it was more than just an update. It was an entire new software package.

Normal updates shouldn't bother the count.

That is also why the search function doesn't work well, the old data may be found but it is a different format now so the links may not work.

I see that you were a member since 2000. The profile says you are a member since 6-6-11. So it won't happen on a regular update is what your saying?

Right.

The 6-6-11 change was aproblem on their end. They changed my member number, which has nothing to do with the forums, and I had to redo my profile. I was Wood Wizard, now I am Woodwizard.

Actually there are updates happening all the time that you don't notice. As I mentioned, a major change like they did when they went to a whole new software package can cause existing data to change, like post counts and searching on old data prior to the change. That may because the different software are not compatible in the way they record and retrieve dynamic data like post count, etc.
