No responsibility is assumed for late or misdirected entries or prize acceptance responses. Entries must be received by January 2, 2013. Odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received.
One (1) winner will receive an autographed copy of A Very Special Christmas: 25 Years of Bringing Joy to the World, signed by the members of the band Train (Pat Monahan, Jimmy Stafford, and Scott Underwood. Estimated Retail Value: $150. Winner to be determined from all eligible entries received in a random drawing to be conducted on or about January 3, 2013 by Sponsor (or, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, by its representatives), whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. No cash substitution, transfer, or assignment of prizes allowed, except by NAAC, which reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. Winner must pay all costs and taxes other than those specifically identified in the prize description. Limit of one (1) prize package per person. One potential winner will be randomly selected for prize on or about January 3, 2013, and notified by e-mail and phone. If attempted notification is returned as undeliverable, if a potential winner cannot be verified, or if a potential winner is otherwise unable or unwilling to accept the prize, then prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner provided sufficient time remains, in NAAC’s discretion. In order to accept these prizes, all winners will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability within fourteen (14) days of the postmark date. Winners will be responsible to pay all taxes related to a prize valued at over $600. Open to legal U.S. and Canadian residents. Canadian law requires that selected Canadian residents correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question to win. Void in PR, Quebec and where prohibited by law. Winner must be at least eighteen (18) years old on December 21, 2012. NAAC employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to win. Winner grants to NAAC the right to use their name, photograph, likeness and biographical information in advertising and promotion without compensation or permission except in TN or where prohibited by law. Winner releases NAAC from any liability arising out of participation in this sweepstakes or the acceptance, use or misuse of a prize.
