This sweepstakes begins on October 15, 2012. To enter click on the link provided, or go to www.facebook.com/gardenclub. Limit of 10 entries per person per day. No responsibility is assumed for late or misdirected entries or prize acceptance responses. Entries must be received by October 29, 2012. Odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received.
One (1) winner will receive a Zombie of Montclaire Moors Garden Statue ($99.95). Entrants who have successfully referred individuals to the National Home Gardening Club’s Facebook page will be entered into a second drawing, where one (1) winner will receive their choice of Zombie of Montclaire Moors Garden Statue ($99.95) or a Williams Sonoma Pumpkin Patch Wreath ($99.95. In the event that the first random draw winner has participated in the referral campaign and has successfully referred individuals to the National Home Gardening Club’s Facebook page, there will be a single sweepstakes winner who will be given the choice of (2) Zombie of Montclair Moors Garden Statues or (1) Zombie of Montclaire Moors Garden Statute and (1) Williams Sonoma Pumpkin Patch Wreath. In the event that the first random draw winner has not participated in the referral campaign, there will be a second random draw from eligible entries.
Winners to be determined from all eligible entries received in a random drawing to be conducted on or about October 30, 2012 by Sponsor (or, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, by its representatives), whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. No cash substitution, transfer, or assignment of prizes allowed, except by NAAC, which reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. Winner must pay all costs and taxes other than those specifically identified in the prize description. Limit of one (1) prize package per person. One potential winner will be randomly selected for each prize on or about October 30, 2012, and notified by e-mail and phone. If attempted notification is returned as undeliverable, if a potential winner cannot be verified, or if a potential winner is otherwise unable or unwilling to accept the prize, then prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner provided sufficient time remains, in NAAC’s discretion. In order to accept these prizes, all winners will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability within fourteen (14) days of the postmark date. Winners will be responsible to pay all taxes related to a prize valued at over $600. Open to legal U.S. citizens, residing in the United States. Void in PR and where prohibited by law. Winner must be at least eighteen (18) years old on October 15, 2012. NAAC employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to win. Winner grants to NAAC the right to use their name, photograph, likeness and biographical information in advertising and promotion without compensation or permission except in TN or where prohibited by law. Winner releases NAAC from any liability arising out of participation in this sweepstakes or the acceptance, use or misuse of a prize.
