Granada spring mix lettuce has an oak-leaf shape and is dark red. Germinates in seven to 10 days; 40 to 60 days until harvest. The lobed leaves can be used from baby stage to full-sized leaf, and the red color looks especially nice when mixed with light green lettuce.
