Available at Ace Hardware, the Hose Bibb Lock with padlock ($18.99) prevents water theft and vandalism to outdoor faucets and hose spigots. Its fitting assembly screws onto the end of any standard ¾-inch garden hose bibb, yard hydrant, or vacuum breaker and will prevent water flow even if the handle is turned on.
