The ECHO Pro Attachment PAS-225VP Combo Kit is a landscaping tool that includes a power head, a trimmer and an edger. The power head features a 21.2cc Power Boost Vortex engine and a tool-free coupler that ensures a secure connection and quick attachment changes. The trimmer attachment has the ECHOmatic cutting head that can cut a 17-in. swath; the edger attachment has a commercial-grade, high-torque gear case and an 8-in. long, .090-in.-thick blade for cutting along sidewalks and bed edging. Other benefits include the convenience of only having to gas up and maintain one power head, a 14.9-ounce gas tank, a five-year warranty, and the option to add eight attachments. SARAH JONES, EMMETT, KS

“The ECHO Pro Attachment PAS-225VP Combo Kit runs smoother than our older ECHO model, with a lot more power and a comfortable grip. It starts up easily, and nothing compares to being able to quickly switch attachments!”

WILLIAM WEAVER, BENTLEYVILLE, PA

“It is easy to start, has minimal vibration at full throttle and most trimming can be done at less than full throttle to save fuel. Changing from trimmer to edger only takes seconds, as it is a versatile and economical tool.”

I am a new member and this tool looks like it may be easy to use and especially light weight. Being a small framed female I cannot spend an hour landscaping with a heavy tool.

I am not familiar with the ECHO brand but it sounds like a quality tool. I owned a weed eater brand trimmer for three years before puting it to rest,it wasn't made for the heavy use that I put it through with all the tough weeds and grass on our previous property with three acres. I would love to try this out on our fence line and walk way.

I am a new member and am just getting my husband into it with landscapeing out the whole back yard no more mowing just all plants and pounds. I think this tool would be very helpful with all the edges that will be there to take care of next year. And my husband likes to make sure I won't hurt myself with a heavy tool because I am so small.
