I'm wondering if i put this along the fence, if it will keep them from jumping the 7' that used to keep them out?

Easiest thing to keep deer out besides an electric fence, is composted raw manure from a feed lot. I spread it just before things start to sprout and they leave the tulips and other tasties alone
