Yes, I used mine and loved it, I can do things with the trees that's simple and quick. It will cut branches a lot larger than the tool looks like it would. You only have to have one tool to do it all, ( which makes it easy for us females )... P.S. I like the self adjustment on the pruner, you can use it on all and not have to stop and change any adjustments. I give it a 8.5
